Delete your data

You can have everything StudioTracker holds about you removed at any time.

Teachers

Email privacy@mystudiotracker.co.uk from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my StudioTracker account". We will delete your account, your students, lessons and invoices within 30 days and confirm by email. If you signed in with Facebook, Google, Microsoft or Apple, you can also remove StudioTracker from that account's connected apps; doing so does not delete your StudioTracker data, so please email us as well.

Students and parents

Your teacher controls your record. Ask them to archive or delete you, or email us at the address above and we will pass the request to them.

What is kept

Nothing personal. Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics may remain, and Stripe keeps payment records as required by financial regulations.
